Everything excellent!!!! Keep it up!!!! Suggestion : Management should work on training of lower level staff as a very few of them were found to be rude and don't like to work(like few waiters and room cleaning staff) Overall Superb!!!

ㄱㅏ족단위 손님들이 많았고 직원분들도 친절하고 이용하는데 모든게 다 좋았습니다. 다만 음식 종류가 다양하지는 않아서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 3일차 되니 음식이 질려서 매운 한국 음식이 생각났습니다. 스타벅스가 있는데 무료로 이용가능해서 커피 질리도록 먹었어요. 매일 다양한 프로그램을 운영중이라서 지루할 틈이 없어요. 잘 놀다 갑니다~~

Aska Lara Resort & Spa is truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, especially for families with children. The facilities and activities are fantastic, but what made this hotel unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the staff. I have a five-year-old son with autism, and travelling isn’t always easy for us. From the moment we arrived, the Guest Relations team and every member of staff made us feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and it meant more to us than words can express. I chose Aska Lara to celebrate both my son’s birthday and my engagement with my boyfriend, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. We felt at home throughout our stay. Everyone—from reception and Guest Relations to the restaurants, shops, and housekeeping—was so warm, friendly, and caring. This wasn’t just a hotel stay; it was a beautiful memory that we will always treasure. Aska Lara Resort & Spa is the only hotel I would happily return to, and whenever I visit Antalya, this will always be my first choice. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back.

Заселили быстро, номер убирали каждый день, питание разнообразное, анимация дневная для ребенка, вечером детские танцы, живая музыка. Температура в бассейне в солнечные дни- 26-27, в пасмурные опускалась до 22-23.

Great hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food.

Kwam aan kreeg kamer in bijgebouw terwijl ik gereserveerd had in hoofdgebouw moest ik 30 euro per nacht bij betalen ! Oplichterij na overleg 15 euro per nacht ..dus moest 210 extra betalen. Hoorde dat ze bij andere 40 per nacht vroegen.. Ook vond ik het t****e nadeel de schoonmaak van de kamer was niet top Ik heb na 6 dagen aan de schoonmaak gevraagd of ze mijn vloer kunnen doen want lag al 6 dagen vuil op de grond. Het eten is perfect..net als de zwembaden en het strand Kom hier voor de vierde keer maar dit jaar is het personeel bijna allemaal niet vriendelijk..erg jammer ook geen fooi dan.

We stayed at Aska Lara Resort & Spa and had a really nice time. The food was very good with lots of choice, and there was always something to eat and drink, even if you missed a meal. It felt a bit like being on a cruise. We went at the end of April and the weather was warm and pleasant. It was also good value for money. The water park was great fun and one of the best parts of the 訂房網站. Overall, a very good all-inclusive hotel where you can relax and not worry about anything.

TERRIBLE Customer service! So many issues don’t even know where to start, first of all we booked for couple honeymoon. Upon entering the room we see it’s a twin setup, inter connecting doors where noises keep coming constantly, sink faucet runs extreme hot water beyond touchable at night, deadlock on the door doesn’t work. We checked in around 9 pm so cba to complain about all that, just told them to make it king by joining and they did but funny part is keeps moving and creates gap which defeats the whole purpose of joining it in the first place. Next day afternoon I talked to the receptionist (Asian lady with glasses) she goes we can’t do room change today, come back tomorrow 9 am and let us know and come down again at 2 pm so we can switch . Oh well I didn’t plan this holiday for you to schedule my day. I didn’t bother and left it as it is. But last night of my stay there was drunk couple next door they made it unbearable to the point I felt like leaving the hotel 1 in the morning. Took them around 2 hours to handle the yelling, slamming the doors and banging. Another major cons: That specific area you can’t call for uber, and taxi’s an extortion!
