城市生活酒店 (City Live Hotel)

旁邊有一個大商場，走過去也就兩三分鐘，有免費的停車場，酒店自帶泳池，不過設施偏老舊一些，適合自駕的過來，離瀑布不算太遠。

Very disappointing experience — we DID NOT stay We booked a room through 訂房網站 for one person, and at check-in we were unexpectedly told we had to pay an additional 2000 TRY for the second person just for a room and bed. We were surprised by this as we had booked a room rather than a specific number of beds, and in most hotels a room can accommodate two people without such an unexpected additional charge. The way this was communicated also made the situation quite unpleasant from the beginning. Also my husband was staying just for a night and the rest 9 nights I’d stay on my own so we just didn’t expect this.. To their credit, one of the staff members was very kind and tried to find a solution. We were offered an upgraded, larger room on the top floor. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it was unbearably hot — almost like a sauna or hammam. The air conditioner was running, but it was only blowing lukewarm air and did not cool the room at all. We simply could not imagine spending the night there. We went back to the lobby with all our luggage and asked for another room. By this point it was around 9 PM. We were given another room, but when we opened the door, we discovered that the door itself was damaged. It could not be properly locked, and one of the hinges was visibly broken, leaving the door hanging at an angle. Obviously, we did not feel comfortable staying in a room that could not even be properly secured. We were then asked to check other rooms. In another room, cleaning was still taking place at around 9 PM. There were also numerous bags of rubbish, used tissues, dirty bed linen and towels left in the corridors. The whole environment looked messy and poorly maintained. After checking several rooms and repeatedly finding problems, we decided that we simply could not stay at the hotel. We were tired, had been travelling with our luggage, and had already spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a room that was actually suitable. Unfortunately, because the reservation was made through 訂房網站, we were unable to get our money back, and the hotel did not offer any compensation. Overall, the hotel gave us a very poorly maintained and disorganised impression. I’m leaving this review so other travellers are aware of what happened to us and can make an informed decision before booking. For us, unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and we left without ever staying in the hotel.

Ich habe für mich und meine twei Töchter gebucht .im Hitel waren mfeine Töchter nicht im Buchung dabei , trio cim auch keinen erreicht anscheinend haben die denn Feehler gemacht

Останавливалась на 1 ночь, большой номер. Отличное расположение, рядом большой торговый центр. Хорошие завтраки, отличный кофе.

Расположение выбрали не случайно, в пешей доступности торговый центр! Отель отличный , приветливый персонал

Идеальное место расположение

Мы брали отель из-за местоположения. Хочется отметить площадь номеров - они довольно просторные. Комфортно заселили, не нужно было ждать.
