服務態度非常好，前台到保潔員都很熱情服務很周到早餐比較一般但是午餐和晚餐都不錯。風景很好直接能看到雪山和海。地理位置也不錯就算不是全包的套餐去酒店周圍有一條很有氛圍的街街上餐館也都不錯。這裡貓很可愛性格好的會讓你摸摸還會回來找你。唯二缺點是就是酒店房間不大而且隔音不太好

酒店很大都很齊全環境很好。海景非常好看，非常喜歡。衹是早上 7 8點的時候很吵聲音很大，做衞生的阿姨收拾房間的時候有好大的聲音，會很吵。

設施十分老舊、隔音不好、晚上颳風陽台門咔咔作響，根本睡不著。房間結構也很不合理。唯一好的是服務態度。應該不會再去住第二次了，

I wasn't expecting this many facilities at this price. Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive,there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals. If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.

The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel consists of several buildings and it very much depends, where you get the room. The building with the nicest open view to the sea is under renovation now. My “seaview” room was more the palm trees view, as the floor was not high enough. And there was constant noise from the ventilation system in a different building. The doors are not sound isolated, so everything in the corridor is heard very loudly in the room. The room itself is nice and clean, but on the small side.

My room featured a comfortable bed, a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a well-appointed bathroom. Tres bonne hotel ,bien situé pres de centre ville et surtout tres belle vu sur la mere le resturant et les les repas sont parfait.. Propabalement manque un petit sourir au niveau de l'acculi peut être à cause du temps de mon arrivé tardive dans la soirée..il m'ont changer facilement une chambre qui me convenait pas beacoup pour une chambre meilleure.. À mon avis c'est un hôtel tres convenable pour le bugjet et les sevices.. Trés bonne qualité prix... Merci à tout l'équipe de l'hotel..

조식 먹으려고 익스클루시브 조건으로 예약했는데 점심, 저녁, 술까지 다 해결되는 매우 합리적인 가격의 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 청결하고 너무 좋았고 아쉬운 점은 겨울에는 실외 수영장 운영을 안해수 실내 수영장만 사용할 수 있었습니다. 시설 다 쾌적하고 좋습니다.
