凱拉酒店及海灘 (Keyla Hotel & Beach - Adult Only)

酒店景色確實不錯，但服務和管理水平真的非常影響體驗，也是這次安塔利亞之行中讓我比較失望的一家酒店。 首先，辦理入住時前台完全沒有主動告知早餐時間。我們後來特意詢問工作人員，對方明確告訴我們早餐到中午12點結束。結果第二天我們去吃早餐時，大約11點早餐就已經全部結束並撤掉了。 更離譜的是，我們詢問工作人員為什麼和之前告知的時間不一致時，對方直接拿出手機指著時間告訴我們“現在已經12點了”，但手機上顯示的明明是11點左右。無論這是溝通問題、員工弄錯時間，還是培訓不到位，都不應該讓客人為酒店自己提供的錯誤訊息買單。 其次，部分工作人員英語溝通能力比較有限，這一點本身可以理解，但個別員工的服務態度也非常敷衍、不友好。對於一家接待大量國際遊客的度假酒店來説，基本訊息都無法準確傳達，出現問題後又不能給出合理解釋，這樣的服務水平確實很難讓人滿意。 早餐本身的選擇也比較少，和我這次在安塔利亞住過的其他酒店相比，無論豐富程度還是整體體驗都有明顯差距。 最可惜的是，酒店本身的環境和景色其實很漂亮，但服務完全沒有匹配上硬件條件。一次本來很期待的度假體驗，因為這些非常基礎的服務和管理問題被嚴重影響。 希望酒店管理層能夠認真看到這條評價，加強員工培訓和管理，統一前台的訊息傳達，改善員工服務態度和國際遊客的接待能力。漂亮的景色可以吸引客人第一次入住，但真正決定客人會不會再次選擇、會不會推薦給其他人的，是服務和管理。 至少以我們這次的實際入住體驗來説，我不會因為酒店景色漂亮就忽略這些問題。

挺好，挺乾淨的，服務也還可以，現在剛剛開業，健身房和按摩還沒有準備好，但是他們送了mini bar，酒店裡停車也比較友好。除了第一晚晚上的工作人員沒有幫門推行李，其他整體感受還可以。

今年6月開業的，整體很新很舒服，就是有些設施還不能使用，員工的專業程度還有待提高，但是景色很不錯，推薦

從沒有在訂房網站給過這麼差的評價，這個酒店直接影響了我們對安塔利亞的整體印象，從入住到退房，簡直套路不斷，提醒國人朋友圈謹慎預訂。 1. 預訂的房型和實際給我的不相符，欺騙消費者，訂房訊息裡沒有告知在地下一層 2.我看了房間後提出來房間和預訂的不符，然後前台才告知原來的房間玻璃破了。那麼，預訂的房間有問題應該第一時間告知，而不是隱瞞，等我到了之後投訴了才告知，應該在事前讓我有選擇權，而不是到了後如此被動的做選擇題 3.酒店經理處理事情態度差，都沒有主動到前台來告知我，而是通過前台工作人員隔著一道門傳話，有歧視國人的感覺 4.本來我想整個訂單退掉，但是已經沒有辦法退了，所以沒辦法，衹能被安排住在那個地下二層，而且價格比我之前定的要便宜將近1000，現在送我早餐打發我 5.退房時候還被要求説有額外用早餐，我説是你們贈送的，這才沒收。

很美 酒店也很智能

Me and my husband was only ment to stay at Keyla spa hotel for 1 night as online it stated it was a bed and breakfast and we wanted a luxury all inclusive hotel. when we arrived the the staff was amazing the hotel is absolutely beautiful and definitely not your average ‘bed&breakfast’ we ended up staying here for an extra 4 days instead of booking somewhere else. me and my husband have stayed in a lot of luxury 5 star hotels in Antalya and this one is by far the best we have ever stayed in and we would now only stay at the Keyla spa hotel when we go on holiday to turkey again. It can not be faulted if your looking for a relaxing spa couples get away with amazing food and outstanding service not to mention the beautiful views around you this is the place. I will go as far as saying it’s the best food I have ever eaten in turkey ( I’m a very fussy eater ) it was that nice me and my husband personally wanted to meet the chefs to thank them and tell them how good there cooking was. As for the price difference what we worked out it would have cost to stay in a 5 star all inclusive hotel to staying at this 5 star luxury hotel and paying for food and drink we still didn’t spend half as much as it would have cost us staying in an all inclusive hotel definitely recommend this hotel to any couples/adults 1000/10 unfortunately I took a lot of videos of the grounds of this hotel but it won’t let me attach them so these are the only photos I have :)

A very beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place. The pool and beach are lovely. The rooms are new, and the service is high-quality. The food is delicious, with generous portions. A special thank you to the staff—Yunus Araç, Mehmet Duran, Ecem Ilgazil and Esat Sahin— they are the best; they are always ready to help, friendly, and polite. Thank you very much!

Keyla Hotel beklentilerimin çok üzerinde çıktı. Henüz yeni açılmış olmasına rağmen her detay büyük bir özenle düşünülmüş. Daha lobiye adım attığınız anda otelin kalitesini hissedebiliyorsunuz. Lara'daki konumu ve sunduğu muhteşem manzara da ayrı bir avantaj. En çok etkilendiğimiz konulardan biri ise personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliğiydi. Bize her konuda yardımcı olan Servis Müdürü Hasan Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca Yunus Bey ve Mehmet Bey'i özellikle belirtmek isterim. Gösterdikleri ilgi, güler yüz ve yardımseverlik gerçekten olağanüstüydü. Neredeyse tüm isteklerimizi büyük bir özenle yerine getirdiler. Otelin mutfağı da kesinlikle övgüyü hak ediyor. Yemekler hem çok lezzetli hem de kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanmıştı. Antalya'ya bir sonraki gelişimde hiç düşünmeden tekrar Keyla Hotel'i tercih edeceğim. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Мы были очень приятно удивлены так как отель супер новый и весь персонал тоже очень добрый. Очень уединённое место с очень классным завтраком, очень советую здесь остаться если хотите уединение, цените чистоту и новизну номеров. Мы лично взяли маски и доплыли до водопада самостоятельно по воде, если вы хорошо плаваете можете попробовать это сделать. Мы шли по камням и пыли по воде. Потом вышли на камни и смотрели на водопад это было потрясающее. Сразу видно вкус владельца этого отеля, также очень красивая машина стояла у ухода эффект в целом от отеля просто вау!!

The hotel opened just 1–2 weeks ago. Everything is brand new and lovely. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very customer-focused. I wish the hotel plenty of guests and every success. Unfortunately, the spa and gym weren’t open during our stay. However, at our request, we were taken to a good gym nearby, which had everything we needed.
