還沒到酒店時候就被告知酒店沒給我們留房，分配到了一個差很多的酒店Alice Hotel Antalya，泳池景觀房變成了大馬路邊噪音房，酒店還要狡辯安排了比他們貴的酒店，拒絕賠償，大家慎重

Terrible!!! I booked 2 deluxe rooms through 訂房網站s.com They gave us standard room on the main level. I realized that and asked them to print the booking. First they didn't want to print as the proof claiming the printer is broken!!! Finally I insist and they print the booking. Booking showed deluxe room explicitly I asked for the manager to help. They call the manager and talking in Turkish!!! I used Google Translator and he said to manager that the booking is cheap and I don't want to give them deluxe rooms I talked to the manager and said this is disgusting. I told them Google translator shows me the conversation Finally the manager agreed to give us 2 deluxe rooms on the highest level This is my observation in general: when I book rooms through websites, hotel receptionists would give you the worst one whether in lower levels or worst view and etc. It seems Turkish people do not appreciate tourists who spend money in their country.

I would 100% stay here again. It is very beautiful. If you are looking to have a nice relaxing Hoilday I would definitely recommend staying here. The spa is absolutely amazing. The treatments was amazing. The staff are very friendly and will help and sort out anything you need. Definitely coming back very soon. Very clean and the breakfast is amazing 😇
