It’s advertising as daily housekeeping, but there is zero housekeeping. We were they 9 nights and expected to have zero cleaning or fresh bedding, there isn’t even any cleaning supplies to do yourself. It’s only that we complained about all the mould in the living room that they cleaned once. Also the fact there is no elevator isn’t very clear, we were on top floor and it’s really difficult to carry your cases all the way to the top. There is also mould on bathroom ceiling, and the most awful smell of bad drains.

It was a really nice hotel. The lady at the reception (she has a very long name😁) was really nice and chatty. Hotel was very neat. All the amenities were in great condition. The location is also a quite neighbourhood.

全くおすすめできません。6日間滯在しましたが非常に不快な経験でした。 このホテルにはエレベーターがなく、大きな荷物がある方は注意が必要です。地下の部屋は壁が薄く、深夜2時〜4時までの騒音でほとんど眠れませんでした。部屋変更や返金を求めても拒否され、スタッフ（おそらくオーナー）からは「あなたたちは少ししか払っていない」と失禮な対応を受けました。 また、記載されていたアメニティの一部は実際には用意されておらず、シャワーも水道も故障したままでした。修理すると言われましたが対応はありませんでした。 過去のレビューでは返金対応があったようですが、今回は一切応じてもらえませんでした。 アンタルヤには同価格帯でもっと良いホテルがたくさんあります。別の宿泊先を選ぶことを強くおすすめします

Everything was great except that I could clearly hear the other people in the other room talking at night, it was kinda disturbing but it’s still acceptable for me. Other than that, I loved it.
