Location is very convenient , Tram and transport in 2 mins walking.Night shops and cafe nearby . Service was bad , people don't bother to pay attention to our queries.Morning we asked to the boy sitting in reception he was smoking in side the reception counter and never pay attention to my questions . Room was decent sized but no hygiene, Towels and bedsheets were dirty. Don't think with this price wont get much better than this we stayed other hotels much cheaper with all amenities and good service nearby. Think twice before book this hotel if you concerned about public transport hotel is in good location but the service and hotel hygiene is negative .
