Dirty!! Old pieces of food were on the floor of our room. Breakfast was minimal and the staff were hanging out eating the complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff were on 2 occasions talking and laughing with each other leaving guests waiting. Avoid!!

Love staying here always nice and clean. Great for getting us to the airport and back! We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.

酒店設施很新，距離機場5、6分鐘，非常方便，機場巴士半小時一趟，可以提前在前台登記，車子可能會提前開。前台服務非常好，原本6:20的車子10分剛剛開走，服務員馬上幫忙叫車子回來載我們，非常感謝。

The staff at the hotel were friendly, the location was great, and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service is very convenient also.

Pool was closed for maintenance, I was not informed,we particularly booked for pool . Also there was not breakfast to go as being airport hotel it is mandatory
