They showing different room and after booking they said in booking we are giving these kind of room because of booking. Even not giving proper kit also not giving tooth brush paste giving local shampoo 1 rs pouch and small sample soap or not comb

My booking was confirmed by mmt but when i reached for check-in at 5. 30 am the hotel staff denied for check-in and said that, no room is available and also they didn't received any booking on mmt. Later my booking was cancel-led by mmt and mmt asked me to search for another stay offline.

The room was ok. The staff is not at all trained. I got a call from the hotel staff at 1:30 am in the morning prior to my check in. The room service was terrible.
