阿爾多斯公園酒店 (Ardos Park Hotel)

I stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.

Suite oda olarak rezervasyon yapıp ödeme yapmıştık, içerisinde çift kişilik yatak, bir koltuk ve tek kişilik yatak olacağı belirtilmişti. Maalesef karşılaştığımız manzara beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Bize suite yerine normal bir oda verildi. Oda havasız ve çok sıcaktı, adeta hiç müşteriye teslim edilmeyecekmiş gibi bırakılmıştı. Temizlik tamamen yetersizdi; lavabo ve banyo kıllarla doluydu. İzolasyon hiç yoktu, pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen dışarıdan odaya çok fazla ses geliyordu. Resepsiyondaki görevli hanım ise yardımseverlikten uzaktı; robot gibi davranıyor, hiçbir şekilde çözüm üretmiyordu. Bu nedenle çok kötü bir izlenim bıraktı. Kocaman 0, asla tavsiye etmiyorum. İmkanınız okursa 1 km uzakta kalın daha iyi. Nous avions réservé et payé pour une suite comprenant un lit double, un canapé et un lit simple. Malheureusement, la réalité a été bien en dessous de nos attentes. On nous a attribué une chambre standard au lieu d’une suite. La chambre était étouffante et très chaude, comme si elle n’avait jamais été préparée pour accueillir des clients. La propreté était inexistante, le lavabo et la salle de bain étaient remplis de poils. L’isolation était totalement insuffisante, malgré les fenêtres fermées, énormément de bruit provenant de l’extérieur entrait dans la chambre. Quant à la réceptionniste, elle n’était d’aucune aide. Son attitude mécanique, sans aucune volonté de résoudre les problèmes, a laissé une impression extrêmement négative. Un très grand 0, éloignez vous de 1km de ce lieu si vous le pouvez.

İyidir konu bide güzeldir Bence oldukça iyi. Konumu iyi, temizliği iyi, personel iyi, odalar güzel ve manzara güzeldi.

Unfortunately the worst accommodation I ever came accross. The first room was extremely messy, filthy and looked like a construction site, there has been no cleaning, hairs and stains all over the place. I switched my room but the 2nd one was only offered a little better conditions, still hairs and stains of prior guests on the floor and in the sink. Though I booked 7 nights in advance, I only stayed one night as I felt extremely uncomfortable. All furniture was extremely used, bathroom got just painted and the red old tiles shined through. Cheap amenities were already used. Only the towels were clean. The staff were kind but they also did not try to do sth against the bad conditions in the hotel. Don’t get fooled by the average until good recommendations, the place is never a 4 star hotel. Barley better than a hostel. I checked out after one night wrapped up in towels not to touch the bed and stained linens. The staff did not care about my complaint and did not compensate any costs, so I wasted 350€. I tried to issue a complaint via 訂房網站 which got rejected by the hotel. I think 訂房網站 should provide better customer service in case hotels are just fooling their clients as the pictured rooms are not comparable with reality. Very dissatisfied.

ホテルはとても綺麗でした。 朝食付きにしたのですが、他のホテルに比べて種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。 またアンカラに來た時は泊まらせていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました！

Had a problem with our shower and they upgraded our room. Nice front staff. 10 minute walk from Kizilai/Metro but going up a very big hill
