크즐라이광장에서 10분 거리? 공항버스 정류장에서 한적하게 걸어다닐만 함 숙소는 적당히 깔끔 조식은 심심하긴했지만 원래 아침은 안먹어서 큰 상관없었음 다만, 새벽 1시까지? 근처 펍? 연주소리 들리고 방음은 조금 아쉬움 대부분 친절했는데 리셉션만 조금 그랬음...

I booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

早餐豐盛。服務熱情周到。但是提供的一條毛巾上面有一大片綠色的痕跡，大概之前客人擦什麼東西沒有洗掉，但這樣的毛巾應該被淘汰，不該繼續使用吧。周圍很多酒吧，晚上12點之後才停止音樂。因為是新酒店，其餘都好。位置好，離地鐵不遠，去汽車站坐地鐵很方便。21土耳其錢。也很便宜。

This hotel did not really meet 4-star standards. Pros: - The location is good, next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. - The WiFi is quite stable. - Breakfast has a few more vegetarian options than other hotels in Turkey. - Valet service was very helpful. - Some staff were friendly. - Good value for money as the rates are lower than most 4-star rated hotels. However, if you read on, you’ll see that we got what we paid for. Cons: - Most of the staff did not speak English. Google translation can only help to some extent but it gets too tedious overtime as clarifications have to be made constantly. We could not make any requests over the phone without encountering inconveniences. I had asked twice for 2 plates, forks and spoons using Google translate but both times, they brought me one plate with a knife and fork, I never got the spoon I wanted… We also called twice at checkout for someone to come help with our bags but no one came because they didn’t understand our request. - The bathroom did not meet hygiene standards. The ceiling had water damage and was broken in some places. There were brown stains on the toilet and a lot of dirt in the corners. Dust had collected on the bathroom amenities. No toothbrush or toothpaste were provided. - Towels and bedsheets had stray hairs and looked like they hadn’t been changed. - The room was a little too crammed and had no working space except for a vanity. - There was a smart TV but no streaming services. - Service quality was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, others did not smile and weren’t very helpful. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel. After reading Google reviews, we were also quite taken aback to learn that guests were asked to produce marriage certificates if they came as a couple. This will probably turn away a lot of tourists.

這間酒店、我給90分！非常好！地理位置優越、從長途巴士總站乘的士到此、只需10分鐘！兩旁很多餐廳、及店舖！很方便！右行8分鐘便是極美的庫卡特皮清真寺 Kocatepe Camil！ 酒店設備很新和潔淨、大堂服務員有禮及會幫忙搬行李、前台職員雖然不太懂英語、也儘力幫忙我們各項需要！早餐也有很多款式！我住在1樓房間、面對大街！共3個晚上、每日早上及晚上也十分安靜！所以我們休息得很好！我們非常滿意這酒店、從別的城市再回來、我必定再選擇入住！勝價比很高感謝酒店員工！Thank you ! very good service 🥰from : hong kong customer - irene

Неплохо. Но можно лучше Завтрак вкусный, но с собой не собирают при раннем выезде.

免費喝咖啡和橙汁，從早到晚都有，挺好的。比較乾淨，我們住一樓也挺好。早晨要另付錢我沒有吃過。地方也比較方便，旁邊餐廳多。

停車方便，泊車服務，酒店很新，早餐豐富，衹是我住的那個房間樓上衞生間防水沒做好，從天花板往下漏水，導致衞生間總有發黴的味道。工作人員服務很棒。位置也很好，附近幾條街全是吃的

J’ai payer le petit dejeuner a mon arrived j’ai demander a la réceptionniste si je peut avoir mon petit-déjeuner le soir cause je jeuné le matin il mon repondu pas de soucis a ma grande surprise au moment de la rupture j’ai demandé mon repas il me dit daller au restaurant dort et payer mon repas je réclame mon remboursement immédiatement de mes repas raison pour la quelle j’ai changé d’hôtel pour continuer mon séjour merci

床品太差，完全不像新酒店，毛巾和床上都有頭髮，衞生真的不行，其他設施，由於是新酒店，還算可以，晚上太吵，一直會到下半夜兩點，外面的音樂聲才停。早餐還可以，酒店服務人員還算熱情！
