安朱納海玫瑰園 (Rosetum Anjuna Goa)

This was by far the worst property I’ve stayed at in Goa. While the location is decent, there are far better options available nearby both in terms of cleanliness and service. The room was infested with cockroaches—not just one or two, but several. It was absolutely unhygienic. The food was terrible. I strongly advise against booking the buffet—it consisted of just five options, and every single one was below basic standards. It felt like they had no idea how to cook. Even a roadside dhaba serves better meals. I made the mistake of trusting outdated positive reviews. Please do yourself a favor and check recent reviews before booking. I learned the hard way it’s not worth it. The mattress was horrible. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to ruin our sleep. It’s impossible to rest comfortably here. The staff seemed polite and sincere—no issues with them. They’re clearly following instructions, but the problem lies in the management and the property itself. The pool was unusable—completely covered in algae and neglected. It’s a health hazard, not a luxury. This property is nowhere near 4-star quality. It desperately needs renovation and better upkeep. If you’re even slightly doubtful, try staying just one night you’ll understand. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room and location was alright but the service was terrible. The food gave us food poisoning and it tasted horrible. It was extremely overpriced too. When we raised the issue about food poisoning they didn't take any action or express any concern. We asked for a lemon to prepare for a lemon tea because of the state of our health and they took ages to deliver it.

The rooms were dirty not clean…dirty curtains dirty bedsheets…not once did housekeeping come and clean the room at any given point of time..there were small ants and cockroaches in the balcony and near the curtain

Good experience with this property. Location is good, most of the shops, beach resturant are near to this property.

Highly recommended if planning a vacation just to relax and enjoy with your Family. Kids love the Kiddy Pool.

Rooms are very clean and hygiene. but room and bathroom space little bit small.. complimentary breakfast are very good lot of items.. swimming pool regularly clean and filtered. outsidefood not allowed. inside food Little costly otherwise very 😊👍🏻

No upkeep in the property, I was also asked to talk as I had booked by “third party” Promised things were not there. No welcome drink, no slippers for other small things had to call reception multiple times like I was begging. Very bad experience

Hello Friends, This hotel is in a prime location near Anjuna Beach. It is couple-friendly, has a good swimming pool, and the hotel staff is very friendly, especially Ms. [Name], who is very polite and kind. I highly recommend you try it at least once.

Overall the hotel and room was good and proper but bcz we were given the ground floor there were lot of centipede in the bathroom which was not expected and we were not comfortable with that. Other than that everything was good.
