Very modern and fancy! Room was bigger than expected and I was surprised there’s a functional kitchen in the room? Like what do you mean I can cook? I can do laundry? In my own room??? EXCEEDING HOTEL EXPECTATIONS INDEED. Love that it has a lot of open space and drawers/cabinets I can store my stuff in. 100/10! Will be back soon definitely!

Stayed in this hotel twice for birthdays. It was great. We loved the hotel! The only thing we noticed is the internet in one of the rooms we stayed in was patchy. But it did not ruin our stay. The staffs are so accomodating. They prioritized our comfort. 🫶🏻

It is inside clark freeport zone, near toll exit as well. The Hotel has a mart, coffee shop, korean restaurant, japanese restaurant, gym, spa & garden. The room is clean. We had a nice stay.

Booked this hotel coz I attended Aurora Music Festival 2026 to see SB19. The hotel is very near the venue. The staff are accommodating. Room is clean. The room is fully equipped just like a service apartment. With stove, big ref and microwave oven. The room also has washing machine. If you don’t want to cook, they have a coffee shop, convenience store, Japanese restaurant which serves delicious food. There’s also a Korean restaurant but I was not able to try. My stay for the festival was convenient because of this hotel.

Too far away from everything and the room smell are not appropriateI’m really unhappy with my stay here. The location is incredibly far from shops, restaurants, public transport and any basic amenities, so it’s very troublesome just to go anywhere or arrange daily needs. Besides the bad location, the room has a lingering bad smell the whole time. It feels unhygienic and very uncomfortable to stay in, which is not appropriate at all for paid accommodation. Overall it was a bad experience and I won’t be coming back.

We were not provided with towels and we did not realize we didnt have them until the morning that we took a shower. Then come checkout, was told we are missing 4 bath towels and people around us heard it. I explicitly told front desk that we never had any towels and even thought that your hotel does not provide them.

Stayed here because of Aurora music festival, it’s the only hotel that is super close to the venue. The room is clean and tidy, AC is super cold! Will definitely stay again next time.
