酒店硬件環境非常棒，庭園美如畫，房間也非常有特色，非常適合度假旅遊、體驗韓式傳統文化。早餐是比較地道的本土菜餚，相當值得一試，也可以看出經營用心之處。問題也有，首先酒店的地址標註是錯的，大堂地址實際在186-20 Jeonseo-ro, Pungcheon-myun, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do，即河回村遊客服務中心停車場附近；現標註地址實際是酒店的別館，需要先行在大堂辦理入住之後再送進去，直接去在淡季無人接待的。建議酒店方和訂房網站及時更正一下，地址截圖我放評價裡了。另外實際電話是+82-1088603410，現酒店電話是首爾分店的電話，建議也及時更正一下。

1. 안동역에서 210번 버스 타면 30분 전후로 도착하고 하회마을을 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 2. 식사가 정갈하고 먹을만 합니다. 3. 공기가 좋고 자연 경치가 아름답습니다. 4. 건물이 멋스럽고 해가 잘 듭니다. 5. 배치된 어메니티가 논픽션 제품이고 샤워부스가 잘 설치되어 있어 물이 밖으로 새지 않고 쾌적합니다. 6. 이용자 수 대비 인력 부족이 아쉽습니다.

Our stay here was quite uncomfortable due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. We found stained bedsheets with hair on them, and spiderwebs hanging directly above the head of the bed, creating a constant fear that they would fall on us during the night. Furthermore, the floorboards made loud cracking noises all night even when both of us are completely still. Between the dust on the floor that turned our socks black and the structural noise, getting peaceful rest was impossible. One night is plenty if you just want the hanok experience. Additionally, the KRW 100,000 multi-course dinner is poor value. It was far too vegetable-heavy, and you will get much better taste eating elsewhere.

Great Korean traditional hotel with lots of attention to details. Loved most part of our stay but there were some bed bugs.. (we were fine but still we killed like 5-6 bedbugs)

Before coming to this hotel, I had so much trauma from the accommodation in Pyeongchang. Thanks to the Manager Dr Lee and his warm and kind loving team, they have healed my mind and soul with the hospitality I received. I'll forever be thankful for them for healing me. I arrived late due to so many unfortunate circumstances and couldn't get dinner because everywhere around is closed, so Dr Lee asked the chef if they can prepare something simple for me because i've had a long day, needless to say they came to the rescue, my stomach and heart are filled. In here you'll eat breakfast like royalty, rest in zen like temple stay and recover in the mugwort sauna. Minibar is complementary, fully restock the next day. I felt so safe, so warm, well rested. Thank you once again, I'll see you next year.

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit super Service. Das Zimmer, der Frühstücksraum und die Anlage sind sehr elegant eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück gibt es 3 verschiedene Menü zur Auswahl. Sie sind alle Liebe voll vorbereitet. Servicepersonal sprechen gut English und war sehr hilfreich.

안동에서 락고재에 머무른다면 하회마을을 굳이 갈 필요가 없을 만큼 한옥의 풍치를 맛볼 수 있다. 모든 면에서 기대만큼 만족스럽고 외국인과 대화할 수 있다면 색다른 경험을 하는 또다른 맛이 있다. 비싸더라도 저녁식사는 한븬 정도는 맛보시라고 추천한다. 조식은 평범하다.

The place was great and the position was perfect to view Hanoe village. I feel like the hotel needed to offer some more food options as everything in the area shuts very early and the hotel only had a 1 option set menu. Also it would have been nice to receive some information about the area and some things to see.

The facility is impeccably designed, maintained, and run, blending the beauty and charms of old Andong with modern comforts. Staff is friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages, and even conversant in the details of neo-Confucian philosophy famous to the region. We hope to return again!
