We had booked as a fall-back since our initially booked hotel The Walnut Tree refused to accommodate our dates and did not refund our money either. But we were pleasantly surprised with the standards and we got full value of money. Recommended surely.

Very poor service. Bed was horrible. Could not sleep properly. Denied taking food order after 7pm. No hot water kettle. Geyser was not working. No electricity. No heater in the room. I wont recommend it to anyone

The property is very dated, old structure, partially functional furniture and slightly tacky. Plz skip this property. No complaints for the service provided by the 2 guys.. but the property does not fulfill the basic expectations one has from a 6K per night hotel. If you get it for 3k, you can select this property.

Good homely hotel enjoyed the stay the staff were friendly had good accomodation system the view was excellent could improve on the breakfast menu as well water was not available in the morning in our washroom

The heating of room is pathetic, and they would give a mini heater which can’t even a small portion properly. Moreover we stayed for 12 hours out of which heater didn’t run for 7 hours. Next thing is that hotel manager never picks the call. We were about to checkout early and they didn’t serve complimentary breakfast until 8:30, in fact they weren’t awake by then. So it’s better if you book some good hotels in pahalgam, else you are going to suffer especially in winters.

It was a good stay. Staff was polite. Breakfast was delicious. They just couldn't arrange for the bonfire per request. One improvement point for the owner is to keep good stock of sealed water bottles for guests. Overall good stay.
