    The hotel is ok but the sheets should have been washed and cleaned. The staff were ok but not very customer friendly. Has to request them to help carrying my luggage to the third floor. The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex and entry and exit is behind the complex which is not at all friendly if you have a log to luggage

    The room seems to be excellent and the staff all were well coordinated and serving really good. Rooms have proper ventilation and have much enough space to be in. Serving break fast on time. Iam enjoying my time in hotel tgs

    Hotel tugs is a good budget hotel. Hotel room where clean and hygienic, parking is available, haven't tried food there.

    Good hygiene. All worth money. Only food was an issue they do not have an in house kitchen. Rather they have menu of different hotels which they tied up with.

    Room service was good, but the floor was not swept. Towels were dirty. Apart from that rest all was good.

    The staff didn't respond as it was expected. Arrogant behaviour and during the evening at 10 pm asked the staff to boil the milk for me. He denied upfrontly.

    The hotel wasn't good. The staff wasn't professional. When i ordered water bottle the bottle wasn't seal packed.

    Experience was amazing, safety and sanitation standards was maintained, also staff over there was co operative. Strongly recommended to those who are looking rooms in anand. Basic facilities and others aminitis also good and lucrative. Infrastructure is also very good
