Unfortunately, my experience was negative. First, the room was not the same as shown in the pictures. Even when I informed the staff about this issue, they told me that I would need to pay for an upgrade, although I had already booked a one-bedroom unit, not a standard room or studio. Second, the parking situation was very disappointing. Parking was charged separately, and despite paying for it, I later found my car damaged and some valuable items were taken from inside the car. When I asked the staff to check the CCTV cameras, they informed me that they do not have any CCTV coverage. Overall, this experience was very upsetting and far below expectations.
