環境：以前是男校，後來改造的酒店，很有趣。走廊的畫和房間號的設計很藝術，有機會應該在酒店裡轉一轉。 門口就有電車站可以去中央車站，很方便。離美術館博物館也挺近電車兩三站的樣子。 離市中心有一點距離，晚上比較安靜，沒有市中心那麼亂糟糟的，外面也沒有🍃味（真的太好了）。 服務：服務很好，入住會給巧克力和飲料，服務人員也很熱情，溝通順暢。餐廳的服務人員也很熱情，飯味道也還可以。mini bar 裡的飲品是免費的，每天會及時補充。也有開夜床服務，會噴入住時選的香氛。服務真的很不錯，是我在阿姆斯特丹最開心的一點。 配圖是在酒店吃的晚餐，説實話這家酒店是我在阿姆的旅行高光點。

Liked the building and entrance. Really dim lighting in the room, a bit too dim. Location is a bit out of the way but tram is literally at the hotels doorstep so not too big of a deal. Great front desk staff.

Overall, everything was quite good. The only disappointing part was what happened on the day of check-out. At around 10 a.m., the front desk called me and said that, according to their system, I had already checked out at 8 a.m. They then told me that if I wanted to have breakfast or lunch after that, I would need to pay separately, because I had not left a credit card deposit. I was very confused by this. In the end, the call was passed to the manager, and only then did we realize that it was a misunderstanding. Later, I contacted the front desk again to ask about extending my check-out time, but I was told once again that I had already checked out, so they could not extend it. I explained that I was literally still in the room, talking to them on the phone, so I did not understand how I could have already checked out. Eventually, the call was passed to the manager again, and the issue was resolved. I hope this kind of situation will not happen again.…
