總共住三天，房間看起來蠻乾淨的，但第二天早上起來發現被蟲咬，第三天更嚴重更癢，都腫起來了，帶來的藥也沒有效，語言不通的歐洲真是太麻煩了

One of the very few places with Good costumer service!! 👍 The room we were located at first was really bad and humid without the air working but the kind manager solved it out and changed us to a better room . There’s a bistro across the street that’s delicious also

The rooms were okay, I found some stains on the bedsheets, which were unpleasant . The bathroom was somewhat clean, but it was quite difficult to assess how exactly cleanly it was due to the entire bathroom being a dark green colour. The overhead shower head had a lot of buildup on it, so we avoided using that. The lobby had too strong of an air freshener scent and the staff were a bit rude. It was busy with many guests checking in, so I was standing aside waiting in line, but they had told me to sit and wait stating that they are busy with other guests at the moment. It was 3 people at the reception, but 1 of the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing when checking guests in.

Great location, easy to find, bus stop within few meters from the hotel. Friendly staff and very responsive and communicative .

De airco deed het niet.. waardoor het niet gewenst was om in de kamer te blijven de nacht was verschrikkelijk. Helaas nooit een compensatieregeling gekregen
