阿姆斯特丹霍克斯頓勞埃德酒店 (The Hoxton, Amsterdam Lloyd)

一開始是給了地下室的房間，窗台上都是死掉的小蟲子，馬桶上都是在飛活著的蟲子。窗戶外面直接對著汽車的輪子。進行一番argue後經理表示地下室是荷蘭每個酒店都有的，那請標註出來，願意接受的人就定對應相應的價格。訂房網站去溝通多次要求退款我們要退酒店重新住別的酒店後，酒店這時候突然説有一個空房間我可以住，之前都説滿房不可以換 雖然大了點，但是是兩張床拼在一起的大床，左邊的床墊是塌的。衹能睡在右邊。服務態度在傲慢的荷蘭我應該算是還不錯的，不能要求和高端酒店態度一樣了。酒店因為是老樓改造，帶很多行李的不要選，因為有台階要自己搬上去，可以行李可以推上去的地方，當然也是沒有門僮的。

My stay was lovely, quiet hotel. Very stylish rooms. Quite dusty in parts of the room and dirty glasses but overall very clean and would recommend. Not far from city centre at all.

First time to Amsterdam and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, however the Hoxton, Lloyd was the absolute highlight. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating throughout our stay, and considering we were dealt some not so perfect whether our first few days – being at such an incredible hotel with a stunning restaurant and lounge was exactly the rest and relaxation we needed. You are positioned right across from the wharf so are treated to a different side of Amsterdam compared to the canals which may be more commonly associated, but coming from living in London with all the hustle and bustle it was the reduced foot traffic and noise that we appreciated – especially since you are only 10 to 15 minutes away from pretty much everything anyway (especially with the tram being less than a five minute walk away from the front door). Our room didn’t have windows to see much on the outside which was the only downside otherwise only have good things to say.

Excellent hotel. Stylish. Very great service. Rooms are cosy but well designed
