To check in or drop off baggage prior to check in, it is required that everyone climb thirty-seven (37) of the steepest, narrowest, and most treacherous stairs I’ve ever seen in my life. No elevators. This place is located in the tourist district, near shops, restaurants, and the famous scenic canals of Amsterdam.

No nos dieron la habitación que reservamos. Nosotros reservamos una habitación que en teoría era con “cama grande”, y dónde estuvimos era de todo menos grande. Era una habitación pequeñísima. Realmente sólo recomendaría el hotel por la ubicación, que es inmejorable, y el precio, que comparado con otros del alrededor está bien. Así que, si buscas algo céntrico y solo quieres la habitación para dormir, está bien.

NO ELEVATOR, STEEP STAIRS! The people at reception were nice. I left my iPad by accident after checking out, called to see if housekeeping found it and someone from reception brought it down to me so I wouldn’t have to go up the stairs again, which I appreciated a lot. Room was tiny - enough room to walk in & leave a suitcase, then the bed took up the majority of the room, which I personally liked. Bathroom is odd - toilet at one end, sink in middle, and shower on other end without a curtain or anything, it’s just the shower head with a drain on the floor. Wouldn’t go to this hotel again for the stairs alone, otherwise (if you don’t mind steep stairs) it is a nice place to stay and in a good location.

The location is perfect. There was good heating.The staff was cooperative.TV does not work.The window can not close enough. There were many spots and wasted furniture. Anyway we spent great time in Amsterdam!

Very friendly personnel and wonderful location, just behind the royal palace. I really enjoyed the stay although the facilities and bed could me more clean. Anyway, it is the typical Dutch small hotel with Amsterdam special sphere.

Tv didn't work Hotel was smelly Room was dingey But it was cheep and cheerful Booking through 訂房網站.com to clarify they was very steep steps and alot them to go up and down, so having a bad knee while iwqs there was very painful

Hayal kırıklığı. Konumu dışında hiç bir artısı olmayan bir yer. Otel diyemiyorum. Merkeze yakın başka marka otelleri değerlendirmediğimize pişman olduk. Odadan bir şey beklemeyin. Odanın yatağı değil; yatağın odası vardı. Yatak, eski bir komodin, yatağın sağ duvarında tavana yakın televizyon, resimdeki vantilatör, camı tutması için kereste. Kilitlenmeyen bir de kapınız. 3 bina yanda yer alan resepsiyona ulaşmak için o merdivenler için güçlü kaslara ihtiyacımız olabileceğini düşünemedik. Bu paraya bu kadar olur demeyin, daha iyileri olduğunu orada görmesem inanmazdım.
