飯店離中央車站有點遠，不過飯店前面有巴士可以直接到機場，很方便，附近有電車站可以去市區，然後對面就是大型商場跟大超市，蠻方便的，飯店房間有免費的咖啡機，蠻好的，廁所也算大的，飯店也可以自助入住，下次去荷蘭還會再選擇這家酒店

Budget-minded travelers who mainly use the hotel to sleep & shower and spend days out exploring. With decent amenities, clean rooms (for the most part), and good transport connections. It won’t feel luxurious, but for a 3-star hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and its size was perfectly adequate for my needs. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. What truly enhanced my experience was the excellent hotel staff, who were always helpful and friendly. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is its prime location. It's situated right next to a fantastic array of Turkish and Arabic restaurants and supermarkets, offering a diverse and delicious culinary experience. A definite must-try is the huge doner kebab sandwich available next door for just 8 euros, easily enough for two meals – incredible value! Getting around was incredibly easy as the hotel is conveniently located near both tram and bus stations, making it simple to reach any part of the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel was decent, though you'll find even cheaper options for food in the immediate vicinity if you want to explore local cafes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate cleanliness, good transport links, a vibrant local food scene, and top-notch service from the staff!

Staff was super friendly very easy check in as we were a bit late but staff make sure to checked us in room was clean and they did clean room every day so don’t need to be worry about hygiene and location is perfect you can find tram only 2 minutes walk from hotel and a lot of options for food which remains open till night

Выбирали по локации, от северного вокзала 1 остановка на автобусе 369, остановка общественного транспорта прямо напротив отеля, рядом есть супермаркет Jumbo и разные кафе/рестораны.Район спокойный, но контингент немного шумный, особенно посетили заведений. Сам отель норм, персонал отличный.

Good location off town, right next to Denner for groceries and 3min walk to bus stop. Need to put 20Eu for deposit of hair dryer tho. The room is big enough for small luggage of 2 pax. All in all, worth the price paid for budget stay in Luzern.

We arrived at this hotel by bus from the airport. One straight bus from the airport. Bus 369. U can get directions from the information counter. Like 15 minutes before reaching the hotel. The hotel is located near a few cafe wholesalers selling fruits. One of the receptionists a guy was very nice gave us clear instructions. Didn't take his name. A big thank you. It was more to the muslim neighbourhood. More on halal foods. Buses to the train stations are nearby. The environment was safe. Not too big to place luggage but we managed to find a place. Inside the room near the window, you can place things and it was very helpful. Good and quite place. Like 👍

The best hotel i’ve been while traveling Europe. The staffs are very welcoming. Easy check in/out. The location is accessible to all public transportation in the city. The room was clean and nice. You can also leave your luggage for free in case of early check in/out. If i go back to Amsterdam, I’ll definitely book here again.

Super hôtel bon emplacement très proche de l’arrêt de bus, personnel très sympa accueillant toujours disponible en cas de soucis, chambre propre avec literie, nous avons passer un excellent séjour ! Je recommande.
