入住首日晚上八點我們到店辦理入住,卻被告知房間還未打掃完畢,一直等到九點才得以入住。這家酒店完全是被動服務模式:客人不主動申請,酒店就不會提供任何客房服務。我們按指引掃碼,想網上申請及時清理房間垃圾,但填寫入住日期後,無論使用酒店多次發送郵件的登記郵箱,還是輸入訂單編號,都始終無法登錄系統,無法提交保潔申請。
入住第三天早上出門前,我們專門到前台再三要求安排工作人員上門打掃房間。前台工作人員還特意把我們的房號和清潔需求記在了便利貼上,可當天回到酒店後,房間依舊完全沒有打掃整理。直到我們退房離開時,房間裡已經堆積了整整四大袋垃圾。
整段住宿期間,我們唯一享受到的客房服務,衹有第四天傍晚工作人員送來幾條乾淨毛巾。雖説酒店靠近軌道交通站點,勉強彌補了地理位置偏僻的劣勢,但酒店極差的服務意識和服務品質,對每位住客來説都是一次極其糟糕的入住體驗。
It is no exaggeration to say that this is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in, bar none. The hotel’s service standard is seriously mismatched with its high room rates. We booked the room 22 days in advance, which turned out to be a terrible decision, as the price we paid was far higher than the rate available one week before check-in.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. on the first day to check in, only to be told that our room had not been cleaned yet. We could not check in until 9 p.m. The hotel adopts a completely passive service model: **no housekeeping will be provided unless guests make a voluntary request**. We followed the instructions to scan the QR code and tried to submit an online request for room rubbish disposal. However, after filling in the check-in date, we still could not log into the system no matter we used the registered email the hotel had emailed us many times or entered our booking order number.
On the morning of the third day of our stay, before going out, we went to the front desk and formally requested staff to arrange room cleaning. The receptionist even wrote down our room number and cleaning request on a sticky note. Nevertheless, when we returned to the hotel that day, the room was still not cleaned or tidied up at all. By the time we checked out and left, there were already four full bags of rubbish piled up in our room.
During the entire stay, the only housekeeping service we received was a few clean towels delivered by staff on the evening of the fourth day. Although the hotel is close to a metro station, which makes up for its remote location to a certain extent, its extremely poor service awareness and service quality make it an awful experience for every guest.
