The hotel is well located and reasonably presentable for the price. The staff are polite, though not overly attentive. The room is a good size, as is the bathroom. However, the cleanliness was truly shocking. There was dust in every corner and on the furniture, and the floor was so filthy that it seemed cleaner outside on the pavement. The bathroom had an awful stench, reminiscent of a neglected train station that hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. I seriously doubt they clean the rooms properly between guests. I wasn’t expecting Five-Star service, but for the price paid, the least they could do is keep the facilities and rooms tidy, not fancy, just properly maintained. Otherwise, I might as well have stayed in a hostel. To top it off, I had to go to the Lidl around the corner to buy cleaning products because the toilet still had faeces on it.

The hotel was very dirty. There was dust in every corner. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The shower was terrible and didn’t have a holder higher than waste height meaning you had to hold the shower head. There was also no towel rack so towels had know where to go. The TV was broken in the room and when inquiring at the front desk I was just told it was broken without any alternatives or acknowledgement that I wasn’t getting what I was paying for. The staff were otherwise quite kind but that didn’t make up for the state of the room.

Temizlik konusunda daha iyi olabilirlerdi havlular lekeliydi, konum metroya çok yakın ve kısa sürede merkeze ulaşabiliyorsunuz tavsiye ederim.

the hotel has a perfect location — everything is nearby. the beds are incredibly soft, making it super comfortable. for a couple, it’s just perfect for this price! i highly recommend it to everyone.

L'arbergo è in posizione strategica per vivere la vita notturna di Leidesplein. La camera era pulita. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, l'asciugamano capelli rotto.

Good location for centre of Amsterdam stay. The stairs are really narrow and steep but that's normal for Amsterdam! There is an old lift available but I didn't use it. It is really run down but it's cheap and ideal for one or two nights. €50 security deposit required when you check in and pay the city tax, they refund you within 24 hours of checkout. I gave them cash so I got it back straight away.

一言難盡，今年英國西班牙葡萄牙等幾個國家走下來，最差的兩個酒店之一。不知道三星是怎麼評出來的還“精品”，這個價位卻住了國內20世紀80年代小縣城的破舊旅館。 要吐槽的實在太多，其中最可氣的是有浴室卻沒法洗澡，除非想水漫金山。因為沒有遮擋沒有傾斜度，一開龍頭水就直接流到外面。 出行方便，許多景點都在步行20分鐘以內的地方，幾分鐘可以走到一箇中型超市。

This hotel has bed bugs. My entire body has been hiving out for almost two weeks because of it! Absolutely unacceptable
