Fair location with a nice walk into the centre. Excellent breakfast which is included in the price. We paid extra for a canal view. The room we had was in the basement and very small, which was a little disappointing, especially after seeing the rooms above with full size windows.

They charged me two times for tax. I put my towels on the floor to be replaced and they hung them back up The same towns that I use that were on the floor. Carpet needed attention they must have spent 2 minutes cleaning my room between the two nights that I was there. There was a lipstick stain on my bedspread which was gross. Breakfast was mediocre at best so tell is not worth $240 US dollars a night. This hotel is barely worth $130 a. They ask you to make breakfast reservations how ridiculous is that? There's also no refrigerator in the room for 200 US dollars a night. No amenities no toothbrush no soap just a container or so that irritated my skin. No conditioner for $200 a night no body cream for $200 a night. Terrible value. I would definitely not stay here again.
