I had a frustrating experience at XO Hotel Blue Tower, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of a brown-colored male front desk receptionist. During check-out, their impatience and lack of courtesy were glaring. When I asked a straightforward question about the check-out process, they delayed responding, ignoring my question entirely at first and leaving me standing there feeling dismissed. When they finally addressed me, their tone was curt and unhelpful, making the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. The overall experience at the hotel was mediocre, but the receptionist’s impolite and unresponsive behavior made it worse. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service.

中心地から離れているが、スローテルダイクにはアクセスしやすく、行き帰りには便利だった。食べる所やスーパーもすぐ近くにあるのも非常に好都合。中心部が高額の為、総合的にコスパは良い。

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Hotel is well situated near a few bus stop which is really convenient to get to places via the buses. One direct bus to the central station.
