Nous avons été déçus par cet hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n’avait aucun avantage : située à l’entrée de l’établissement, à l’écart de tout, elle était mal insonorisée et laissait passer tous les bruits extérieurs. De plus, elle était très petite, sans aération, et le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous. Durant trois jours, les serviettes n’ont pas été changées et aucun ménage n’a été effectué, ce qui a fortement impacté notre séjour. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement, vraiment idéal, en plein centre d’Amsterdam. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, est correct mais très basique, il ne faut pas s’attendre à plus. Si je devais recommander cet hôtel, je le déconseillerais à toute personne recherchant un véritable 4 étoiles, offrant un confort et de bonnes prestations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Eden Hotel in Amsterdam, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Its location is fantastic, nestled conveniently near key attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the river. Waking up to the serene waters was truly a treat. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit.

The location was amazing and check in was a breeze; however, once I got to my room I found it to be incredibly small given the price. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and the towel was tattered and falling apart. I’m a bit tall (186) and had difficulty with the toilet because the bathroom was so small. I had to sit slightly sideways to keep my knees from hitting the wall. I was traveling with a couple friends. Their rooms were much nicer, so I guess I was just tye unlucky one.

오페라극장이랑 걸어서 이동 가능한 거리라 잡았습니다 뮤지엄카드 맡아주시고 커피머신도 있고 여러 서비스 잘 돼 있었어요 다음에도 이용하고싶은곳!

Very close to city center. Clean . Auto check in and check out. Very small room though. But we knew it from the pictures. I recommend it . Price was much but everything is expensive on Amsterdam so it is ok.

地點方便，接近Waterlooplein站，轉角就有咖啡廳。房間不大，尤其浴室非常狹窄，但基本的備品是有的，有吹風機，床也很舒服。飯店主打可持續，如需清潔需前一日掃碼登記。 最大的問題在房間門，門很重而且沒有緩衝，任何時間隔壁有進出房間就會被甩上門的聲音嚇到。
