Für den Aufenthalt fanden wir es super und auch räumlich ganz nett .Die Lage war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.Läden um die Ecke haben auch Sonntags geöffnet. Bus und Bahn bindung trotz Baustelle perfekt .House Keeping würde ich 1 punkt weniger geben ,da an unserem vorletzten Tag ,die Tüte mit dem Pfand weg war . Negativ fand ich ,daß hier drin steht 48 € Kurtaxe und 150 Kaution. Anreisetag wurde nur ca Hälfte davon verlangt an kaution . Am Abreise Tag alles ganz anders ,berechnet wurden 87 Kurtaxe und 50 Euro Kaution, die es dann nur wieder gab .

The hotel is situated some distance from the city centre and is located within an apartment building. The entrance and lobby are not clean or hygienic. The rest of the room is satisfactory. However, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly with the senior staff who seemed to be attempting to extort money.

Kamer stonk verschrikkelijk naar riool. Verder lastig om de ingang te vinden in 't donker, een heel avontuur. Service uitstekend en de kamer naast de stank is top. Alleen al de service verdiend 5*.

27m²의 아주 좋은 방임니다. 8층 립셉션엔 아주 친절한 직원이 있었고, 무료카페머신(커피 핫초코 핫밀크 핫워러) 스낵 과자와 허니 슈가 밀크 가장 좋았건 사과 배 바나나 과일이 프리 8층 립셉션에는 카페처럼 쇼파와 뷰가 멋진창까지 직원팁은 선택이지만 너무좋아서 안줄래야 안줄수 없었슴니다 아이와 함께 해도 즐거운 여행 운이좋아서 같은가격에 아주 좋은 방을 얻었습니다. 다시 꼭오고 싶어요

Good location with 10-15 minutes tram to Central station. Beautiful view from the room. It's good to have free coffee and hot chocolate at the bar.
