Decent hotel that is well worth a look when in Amsterdam.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many of the tourist attractions, such as the red-light street and China Town. A convenience store is only a one-minute walk away with lots of shops and little coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The customer service is friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel room is spacious with all amenities provided. There is a gym on the 5/F and an Italian restaurant. Breakfast is cozy with adequate choices of food. The coffee served is nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is near tourist attractions. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. The l rooms are beautiful, big, and the service staff is very good.

When we checked in (4 nights) we were informed that the AC was not working and the temperature outside was 30° that weekend!! All the rooms are advertised as having AC. A fan was provided and staff helpful but it was just far too hot and stuffy, it was that bad the next morning I looked for another hotel and got a refund on the remainder of my stay, although I was charged full price for the 1 night I was just happy to leave!! I went to Inntel and that was much nicer.

My mother in law has suffered a heart attack. So I contacted the hotel by email and still to date I have not received a reply. I also contacted 訂房網站.com and they contacted the hotel and told me. They are not budging from their policy. So to the traveller. I would strongly avoid booking this hotel. Dreadful service
