之前一晚的住宿經投訴後替換了一個雙床房，床有點小感覺一個大男人隨時會掉下去一樣。不過至少衞生間是獨立門的，習慣於每天都沖涼的人必須對此講究。

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean with a comfortable bed, great service, and a quiet room. The beautiful surroundings and easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket made everything convenient. While it’s a bit far from the city center, getting back late at night by taxi only costs around €15–€20. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

位置一般，離市中心比較遠，出門都是靠打車，Uber打車費到市中心高峰期30+歐，非高峰期20歐。房間比較小，沒有桌子可以吃東西，需要的話要到一樓的桌子就餐。另外房間不提供吹風機，下去問前台拿，讓我付20歐的按金。我問退房要帶下來嗎？她説放房間就行。挺麻煩的，這種不應該在入住的時候提前告知嗎，下去拿吹風機排隊又等了很久。最無語的是‼️退房後幾天沒收到按金，通過訂房網站和酒店聯繫後，酒店説要我去前台拿現金，我請問呢？拿吹風機的時候沒告知，走了和我説卡退不了衹能現金。之前從來沒遇到這種情況，別的酒店通過刷卡付款按金可以在退房後直接取消扣款的，第一次聽説客人退房離開了讓她回去拿現金的…

I love this hotel because the cleanliness and services are good with affordable price. The location is strategic if you want to go to amsterdam zuid, but it’s far to amsterdam central.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with a beautiful view. The environment is peaceful, quiet, and clean. The housekeeper/cleaner I met was nice, when I requested for adapter, she went out of her way to get one for me. My only disappointment was when I realized I had left some clothing behind. I called the next day, but unfortunately, the staff informed me they couldn’t locate it. It’s a shame because I’m certain I left it in the room, and it seems someone may have taken it. Aside from this incident, my stay was enjoyable.

酒店在新城區，交通方便，買的一日通交通卡，很快到達，三人間獨立床在ground floor,這一點預訂時沒有提示，在堅持下換到樓上的加床，吹風要交按金在大堂借用，早餐性價比低。不過巧遇負責人解決問題還是非常給力的，也很有經驗，

The hotel property is in a lovely area of Amsterdam. Quiet, near nice parks, with a rather nice mall nearby. The room itself was spartan, with no desk to speak of (just a windowsill), plastic buckets for seats, and very small place to hang clothes. The shower pressure was low and the Internet service was spotty. The bigger concern is that I've noticed a cluster of insect bites on my wrist that I can only surmise are bed bug bites. These appeared on the second day of my stay, and it took me a while to realize what the marks were.

In der Hotelbeschreibung wurde ein Spielraum mit Billardtisch angegeben. Vor Ort war jedoch kein Billardtisch vorhanden. Stattdessen stand dort nur ein Tischtennistisch. Allerdings ohne Ball und nur mit einem Schläger. Ein Witz! Das fanden wir irreführend, da der Billiardtisch ein Grund war, wieso wir uns überhaupt für das Hotel entschiesen haben. Auch der Late Check-out, den wir extra bezahlt hatten, verlief nicht wie erwartet. Wir wurden während der verlängerten Zeit gleich zweimal gestört, was ziemlich irritierend war. Positiv fanden wir den freundlichen Service, die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu fairen Preisen zu leihen, und das bequeme Bett. Trotzdem bleibt insgesamt ein eher durchwachsener Eindruck.
