A lovely intimate hotel in quit location backing onto canal and very large forest. Bus 2 min walk down street and 20 minutes into heart of Amsterdam Breakfast is very nice and staff are friendly -Would stay here again and recommend a small quiet hotel out of town

Welkom geheten en weg naar kamer gewezen. Kamer met 2 aparte bedden, prima matrassen. Badkamer duidelijk vrij nieuw, regen-handdouche met drukknop bediening bijzonder handig. Ontbijt prima verzorgd, ruime keuze, goede koffie. Prima service, vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende lokatie met voldoende parkeerplaatsen vlak voor de deur. Hotel is aanrader!

As a frequent traveler with over 30 years of experience staying in various hotels, I must express my deep disappointment with this establishment. The corridors were uncomfortably narrow, and the sound insulation was inadequate, resulting in significant noise disturbances. Furthermore, the structure of the building appeared unstable, as noticeable vibrations occurred whenever a door was closed with force. Additionally, although I was staying alone, I was required to pay the city tax for two people simply because the room contained a double bed. This policy felt unreasonable and contributed further to my dissatisfaction.

Номер очень хороший, чистый. На ресепшен была очень приятная девушка. Но были проблемы с уборщиками. В первый день в обед ко мне в номер вломился уборщик, хотя я еще спала. Это очень испугало. На второй день этот же уборщик опять попытался зайти в номер со словами чек-аут, хотя до чек-аута был еще час. Он был очень злой и недовольный. Это был очень неприятный молодой человек, который испортил все впечатление об отеле.

La ubicación del hotel es un poco deficiente. Está a las afueras de la ciudad y el transporte público (tram) está a 15 minutos andando lo cual se hace bastante costoso. A unos 3 minutos hay una parada de bus pero la tarjeta no es la misma que para el tranvía y el bus tarda mucho más en llegar al centro. Las instalaciones están bastante bien, nuevas pero el colchón de la cama no es un colchón normal por lo que si te giras se va moviendo hasta que te caes, se desprende del somier. Por el resto el personal bien.
