整體來説對這家酒店挺失望的，一是服務態度不怎麼樣，能感覺得出來前台人員的敷衍。二是房間裡電視櫃竟然鬆了一半隨時要砸下去的樣子，打電話給工作人員説衹能週一才有師傅來修理。三是交通非常不方便，需要走上快2公里才有tram stop。 唯一讓我覺得不錯的是健身房。

This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on 訂房網站.com so they had to give refunds to me...

Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere.

Unsafe. DO NOT STAY 😭😭😭 I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I only booked it because my flight was cancelled and the airline covered the cost, but I deeply regret this decision. During my stay, my jewelry box was opened. Valuable jewelry worth was stolen. This incident highlights the severe lack of security and safety measures at this establishment. The management's response to this theft was inadequate, leaving me feeling vulnerable and unprotected. This experience has completely ruined my 訂房網站. If you value your safety and possessions, do not stay here. The risks far outweigh any potential savings or convenience. Insgesamt ziemlich gut, ein schmutziges Handtuch und Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Dusche reklamiert, Handtücher wurden getauscht, der Abfluss gereinigt ( brachte aber nichts ), gleich vom Service ein Upgrade bekommen, ruhige Lage, wir sind die 15 Minuten zur Bahn gerne gegangen, tolles Wochenende in Amsterdam gehabt, das Hotel gerne wieder

Ansich das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet, die Lobby ist sehr schön die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht, die Küche im Zimmer sehr praktisch Bei den Parkplätzen braucht man Glück es gibt öffentliche nur leider sind die schnell weg ansonsten gegen Gebühren in der parkgarage Die Umgebung sieht auf den Bildern besser aus es ist mit dem Auto ca eine halbe Stunde zum Zentrum Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur schwer zu Fuß zu erreichen keine Lebensmittel Läden in der Nähe also eher ein wenig abgelegen aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Amsterdam
