Very bad experience my room confirmation done but hotel reception said no room available and my money not refund very disappointed bad experience

On arrival one room allotted out of four booked rooms was having foul smelling inside not possible to stand inside. The room was changed on repeated requests. The four booked rooms washroom were not having basic facilities like soaps, toothpaste and brushes and other necessary items which were provided after sometime when asked for

Room was small in size as per price paid in the city concerned. Bath area had issues, mixer was loose and auto shutting. Outside door latch of wash room was missing. Cistern seat was loose. Shower mixer holding knob was missing.

The hotel was clean & the location was good. The hotel staff was really friendly & helped me with checking in early as well. On total my experience was excellent.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

It was a family stay, hotel was easy to find just on road. It was very good experience, clean rooms and bathroom. Restaurant service was also superb.
