Room service is very bad. Extension Phones in rooms are working. Television is not working. Morning buffet they served like they are serving alacarta. This hotel is not recommendable.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in my many years of traveling. Although they themselves as a 4-star hotel, they don't come close to even the basic standards of other budget accommodations . I would especially not recommend it for a family stay. If you're looking for a hassle-free 訂房網站, I would suggest considering other nearby hotels for a better experience.

this is my terrible experience in this hotel , basic amenities are not available like - towel ,soap, bucket,hair dryer, etc. and this wash rooms are sinked and leakage is there. there is no proper breakfast available in this hotel

hotel say 4 Star, but actually it's a avg hotel, asking for towels, No Shower gel is available, food is very expensive, I ordered a tea and it cost me 105 Rs.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).
