when I saw the room very dirty.towels are very dirty looks like 2-3 years old. My daughter said we are not staying this hotel. And the manager show us another room but same situation. Then we leave the hotel late night 11:00 pm with young kids.

When we reach there, fhey said thst It was fully booked, they allocated us a room on their second floor (it seems to be like a storage area, picture attached). They said that no more rooms.avl. So We decided not to stay and move to fairmont same time. So then they gave us room.on 4th floor but amneties like towel, tooth brush, etc in the room is for one occupant only. Room also not heigenic. Not properly cleaned. They have marriage hall on ground floor so its noisy and crowded also all the time. Overall, it was a wrong selection of the hotel as we beleived the pics on the app.
