i reached morning of 22 at 10 am asked for early check in very bad reply we will charge you come after 12 checked in arround 12 room no 306 three time called and complaint for ac temperature after ac 27 from 29 in room after 6 hour made complaint to mmt best western staff not professional at all worst experience like a guest house

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Amritsar. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the comfort of the bed – perfect after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best parts of the stay was the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet was generous and varied. I also enjoyed the serene ambiance of the rooftop area, offering a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Golden Temple and other major attractions, which made sightseeing extremely easy. The front desk staff were also helpful with arranging transport and giving local recommendations.

Good hotel for the price, they were trying to get more money by asking for upgrade, all rooms in same floor . Early check in was given for one of the rooms which was great

Room was desperately asked to upgrade for the obvious reasons as the room quality was not ok, staff in room service very slow. AC not working properly, cleanliness a big issue, no pool & spa but written everywhere, property not well maintained. Lots of stains everywhere. Pathetic tea...food is good, room is big. Overall 3 star property, not worth it

This hotel was absolutely pathetic. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing but disappointing. Poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and facilities that looked nothing like the pictures. It is NOT a place for relaxation or comfort. We had booked it for a group, but we regret the decision deeply. This is not a hotel – it’s a complete mess. We will never recommend this property to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Reception and room service is very poor. Rooms are good housekeeping is good. Need more improvement about room service. Very poor service . Took long time if ask anything like water and other supplies.

Was an excellent stay . Staff housekeeping were warm and welcoming . Rooms were very spacious however washrooms need to be cleaner .

Room service was horrible. Staff did not know difference between green tea & black tea. Room charges included breakfast but i didnt hv breakfast yet was charged for a coke during breakfast. I paid for 2 nights but checked out one night earlier. No refund was givev. Room included bathtub in bathroom which was not there.

the property is average. overall maintenance is so so, though it was neat and clean. there is a ramp at the entrance but I didn't see nor was offered a wheelchair and had to climb the stairs with great difficulty. it was ok for the discounted price offered but I won't go if they charge the full rate
