Location of the place is good & services were nice & especially vishal was very helpful but food could have been better for the price that's the only thing which was lagging

There was a problem with odour in the washrooms. Vishal was very helpful and understanding. He managed to give one alternate room and dealt with the odour problem in the other room. Then onward s we were given good and outstanding service. We appreciate the dedication with which they carried out their work. Food was excellent. I will recommend pinaz royal e to friends and family. Title.

Very terrible condition rooms and washrooms smelling and wash basin taps broken, no water supply in wc. Room kettle not working, no water to drink by hotel. Worst experience ever with such ratings.

This was my second visit after 3 years and this won’t disappoint me. Staff is so helpful and front desk manager is very well behaved and always ready to help you. And food is very delicious.
