Friendly Staff & Clean Room, Walking distance of 200 meters to Golden Temple.

암리차르 골든템플에서 걸어다닐 정도로 굉장히 가까워서 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 위치는 다른곳에비해 정말 좋아요오

The service was great and thorough. My shower head didn't work, but they tried to fix it.

Our experience at Hotel Sarovar Regency was disappointing from the moment we arrived. During check-in on Friday, there was no greeting — no hello, no smile, no basic hospitality. The staff simply took our details and photos, told us our room number, and that was it. We walked to our room on our own, with no guidance or warmth from the team. The real problem began that night when we tried to return to the hotel. Two roads leading to the property were blocked, and normal cars could not enter. The only way to reach the hotel was by taking a three-wheeler which had to squeeze through extremely narrow and very crowded aisles. This meant waiting for long periods just to get back to the hotel — a huge inconvenience for guests. I informed the reception about this issue, hoping for some assistance or at least concern, but they did absolutely nothing. They were uninterested, unhelpful, and completely unfazed by the situation. We had originally booked for three nights, but after just one night, we decided to check out despite having paid the full amount and no refund. The hotel is practically inaccessible unless you go by foot, and the staff seriously need proper training. Their hospitality and customer service were genuinely the worst we have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, accessibility, or even basic courtesy.

The property is very close to golden temple, very cooperative staff only room ac was not up to the mark, need to service, washroom tap also.

The Hotel Sarovar Regency ia really very close to 'Sri Harmandar Sahib ' and the staff is also very helping.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good

Wouldn't recommend this place. Paid Rs. 2200 for Super Deluxe Room only to find out that you can get the exact same room with the exact same amenities when taking up a Deluxe Room for just Rs. 1300. When I pointed this issue out, the Manager of the Hotel ***** with a male staff member started arguing and came to my room with a measuring tape to compare the size of both rooms only to make a fool of themselves because both the rooms had the exact same dimensions. I do thank them for letting me check-in 2 hours early but I'd never fall for the Super Deluxe trap.

Hotel rooms are good and clean. Approach of hotel is Very difficult to reach with your own car due to very narrow roads , Other wise good location to visit temple restaurant and museum.
