Hotel staff is very good, Hotel is like a old Heritage property. We are specially happy with the staff behavior, they allowed early check-in also take care of our luggage for 3 hours after checkout.

Location was good. It lacked good food and cleanliness could be better. Staff was courteous and service was good.

This is a palace converted into Hotel. The rooms are very grand and felt like the property has a story to tell. The location is also very good in terms of market and golden temple.

Property’s location, food, services and amenities are excellent. Clean and well kept. Only thing is food is over priced.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Earth Amritsar, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality, with every staff member welcoming us with a heartfelt "Sat Sri Akaal." This simple yet meaningful greeting truly reflects the rich culture of Amritsar and sets the tone for the exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel’s hospitality is truly top-notch, with every team member going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always available to assist with any request, from offering local recommendations to making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a wide range of options catering to all tastes. From traditional Punjabi dishes to continental options, everything was freshly prepared and delicious. It was the perfect start to our day before heading out to explore the city. The location of The Earth Amritsar couldn’t be more perfect. It’s within walking distance to all the major attractions, including the breathtaking Golden Temple, which is just a short stroll away. Additionally, there are some fantastic eateries nearby, such as Brijwasi Chat Bhandar and Bubby Fish and Chicken, both located right next to the hotel’s gate—ideal for a quick bite after a day of sightseeing. Overall, The Earth Amritsar offers a combination of excellent service, great location, and authentic warmth that makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Amritsar. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning myself!

The hotel is old and not at all well maintained. There is seepage in rooms, towels are torn and it is too noisy being close to a busy street. Food too is not upto the mark and lacks both taste and options. The only good part about the hotel is the nice, warm, smiling and helpful staff which is saving the grace of the hotel.

Hotel location is away from hustle bustle but it does not help to sleep peacefully. All the noises are coming in from both side of the room as thin glass. Room eminites are old. Need repair. Wi-fi not working. Restaurant staff is good. This place is more for banquet and party for stay we need to thing thrice as can’t sleep well here. For example in winter you need to go out first in open than you can access the restaurant or reception.
