My room is booked for family members which I can stay for four persons but when I request for four glass cups and the front desk told me that maximum two cups only is allowed because he told me that people like to put the cigarettes into the cups. I am getting angry as I am not a smoker and in the end I just get another plastic cup. By the way this hotel no phone at the room as the receptionist told me that many children stay here like to play with the phone and cause the management need to remove it to prevent disturb and the phone get spoilt. That is asking me to go down to request for anything or using my phone to call up for any request? Lastly the room that I stayed got some small cockroaches and I hope the boss of this Hotel Safari will look into this matter because this is my second time staying in your hotel and the person which talk to me is a guy and the room maid is also a guy. Both of them is not Malaysian peoples.
