The management of this property wasn't serious about offering the pleasant stay for the guests. It was very obvious that the intention was running the operation in lowest cost possible despite knowing the anticipated complaints from guests: 1. Front desk receptionist was hardly seen. 2. Poor safety awareness: a. All staircase going up to 1st floor has no light or in the dark. b. Swimming pool wasn't meant for guests to swim. It wasn't mentioned in the booking platform Trip.Com. Apparently, the swimming pool was using as a big fountain. The water wasn't cleaned and full of small algae. There were children and adults walking around the pool. The pool wasn't fenced up. There wasn't anyone on duty around the pool area. During our stay, we heard of one small child felt into the small pool. If the management still refuse to spend money to erect safety fencing around the swimming pool, a tragedy is waiting to happen. Take my words. I am considering to make a complaint to the local council on this matter. c. The landscape was maintained poorly. Grass wasn't cut, dried leaves everywhere, unused construction materials like bricks & steel pipes, plastic & paper rubbish were left on the grass and under the trees. The whole scenery reflected the extreme ignorance of the property's management. 3. Very bad air ventilation as all the rooms in this property have no window. Trip.Com needs to update this property's descriptions to clearly alert potential guests of all rooms have no window.

Big and clean room

Setrvice was very good. The lady at reception was very helpful. As my mum can't climb stairs or walk far the lady helped to changeto a room on ground floor.
