安曼西部豪華酒店 (Amman West Luxury Hotel)

下午checkin，房間非常陳舊，一大股煙味，換了一間房之後無明顯改善。燒水壺裡還是上一個住客留下的茶葉，廁所非常臭，一股下水道的味道。服務非常不到位，入住的時候房間沒有給我們放任何水。第二天離開酒店的時候説了情況要求補給兩瓶，前台不相信房間沒有放水，要求我們到大堂水吧購買，後來跟客房確認沒有多拿才通知同事拿了兩瓶，摳門得讓人覺得可笑。大堂很亮堂，房間很糟糕，早餐倒是還不錯。

I would like to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the issue we experienced with our booking. I made and paid for a reservation at West Amman Luxury, but upon our arrival, we were informed that we would be staying for the first night at West Amman Boutique, which is a different hotel and of a lower standard than the hotel we originally booked. This was not part of our reservation, and we were not informed about it in advance or asked for our approval. In addition, we were told that our luggage would be transferred to the other hotel, but this did not happen, and the person accompanying us had to go and collect the luggage himself. We also experienced an issue with the room, as the mattress was larger than the bed and was not properly fitted. We understand that mistakes and issues can sometimes happen, but it is unacceptable to pay for accommodation at a certain hotel and standard and then be placed in a different, lower-standard hotel without any prior notice or compensation. Therefore, I would like to request a clear explanation regarding what happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the night during which we did not receive the accommodation and service that we booked and paid for. I look forward to your prompt response and to having this matter handled seriously.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a 4-star hotel (West Amman Hotel) for 3 nights, but was unexpectedly moved to the 3-star hotel (Post Boutique Hotel) for the first night without a proper explanation or any compensation. The staff refused to take responsibility and kept referring me to 訂房網站. Service was consistently poor: luggage was never delivered despite repeated promises, breakfast orders were forgotten, housekeeping ignored my clean-up request, and after complaining they left only one towel for two guests. I had to follow up repeatedly on basic services. Overall, unprofessional management, disorganized staff, and a very frustrating stay. I wouldn't stay here again and I can't recommend this hotel.

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.
