First couple days were great, however on our last day we wanted to stay another night but they couldn’t find us in their system, so the employee said I could just stay and when his boss woke up he would come down and fix it. He also told me I could stay pass check in since we were waiting for the boss. Fast forward a couple hours boss was still not up yet so I decided to cancel reservation on my phone since it wasn’t showing in their system anyways. I got my stuff out and planned to go to another hotel and an hour later the boss called me, sounded incredibly disrespectful saying if I was planning to leave I shouldn’t have stayed past check out (11) I proceeded to tell him his employee couldn’t figure it out and that we waited a few hours for him so then I finally cancelled. He still continued to talk rude to me saying I didn’t have the right to stay and I told him his employee was the one who told me to wait and stay longer. Overall cleanliness was good, rooms were nice, but whoever the boss is, needs to either learn how to start talking with respect, or give his employees a lecture on the dos and don’ts.
