The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this 訂房網站. Great value!
