This hotel not allow in room but reception person are saying room are not available. I pay room charges rs. 1500. 00 than give room. We have collect invoice copy of hotel.

I booked a delux room but after visiting the property they offered me a super delux room with more money. And the reason they gave was all rooms are booked and cannot provide the booked room. So i had to pay more after visity the property. Very disappointed with this situation. I do not recommend the property at all. Over all experince was very bad

The hotel charged rs 500 more and was not allowing check in. Mm t was also contacted. Mr. Ali from mm t attended call and informed that mm t cannot help. This is very poor service of mm t. Very pathetic.

I have already paid online before visiting with discount and after visiting hotel te charged me extra amount saying online paid is not applicable to total room cost you have to pay extra then will allow for check-in. This was worst at that time. Very bad experience.

Mm t confirmed the booking however, on reaching hotel, we were informed that there's no booking. We had to pay separately for the rooms
