A very good hotel with amazing customer service. Pros: 1. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre. You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some 訂房網站 and anytime with ease. 2. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges.  3. The restaurant serves amazing food. 4. Views from the hotel, cleanliness and the overall ambience deserves Five star! Cons: 1. Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. 2. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians. I expected atleast some warm food options like a toasted bread or crepes.  Recommend to book it 100%.

Great location and stunning view from the room. The personnel at the reception were very welcoming with excellent service during our stay. Shuttle bus service was also great.  Service and approach from waiters at the bar/restaurant was extremely poor during our whole stay so obviously something was wrong at that area of the hotel.
