Very near to Aluva railway station. Cleanliness is average. No toiletries, no hot water, no restaurant and no room service. Fan is not working, shower is not showering . I don’t know they are not maintaining the hotel as well. Room is small and what is good is the proximity to Railway station and bus stand. Too costly for the stay . Don’t prefer this hotel if you are travelling with family, it’s ok for business and solo travellers.

It was good rooms are big if you take executive ac. We got morning breakfast also it was included in our services

Actually booked for two AC rooms & on arrival, only one AC room was given. I had to adjust with non AC room till evening. Food was not provided & we had to depend on Swiggy for food. AC was not effective in one of the room.

We booked a non AC room. The manager is cooperative but the rooms are in terrible condition. The cupboard is broken, one of the two rooms we booked did not have a shower, no provision for warm water. Bed cover was old and musty. Woodwork everywhere seemed like hundreds of years old. One of the bed side lamps wasn’t working. Plates were not available and drinking water was not packaged water, there was a single filter on the 2nd floor. There is a nice common place and swing though. While in Varkala, I would suggest booking some cottage ( preferably AC ) with some more budget.

On the first day, the room I was given had non-working lights, and I had to change rooms. The next day, the air conditioning in the new room stopped working, leading to another room change. Additionally, the rooms had a bad smell, and I even found cat feces in one of them. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and I expected better. I request that you look into this matter and consider appropriate action.
