I paid Rs. 250/- extra for early check-in at around 11:30 AM. The room is not properly maintained, there are numerous patches where the paint has come off the wall, and there is a foul smell inside the room.

I found the property via MMT. It was a pleasant stay with good behaviour of the staff. Eventhough the hotel is near to the NH, there was no any hindrance during the stay.

The hotel is situated at prime location in Aluva. Room was neet and clean. Staffs were friendly. Parking space is limited. Food is not available at hotel. Overall experience was good.

The room was excellent and beyond expectations. The staff where good and was helpful.the rooms are well kept and clean. For that price it's a great deal.overall i rate the experience 5 out of 5

Staff were very friendly. Check in and check out were very smooth. Got food delivery on doorstep. Room and Bathroom were clean. Only drawback found was TV was not working

Good hotel on the heart of city. Neat and clean. No restaurant available in the stay. But liquor and foods from outside is allowed. Staffs are friendly and affordable rates in online platforms.

Rooms were neat and clean. Toilet was neat. Hotel premises was also neat and silent. Location was also easily accessible. Will b more good if it has restaurant facility. But its not a big issue as swiggy zomato delivery apps are having service here. Staff was also cordial and pleasant. Did not find any negative things abut the stay
