Raised at mm t but never received a call back as committed so eventually had to change the hotel. This was first time mm t wasn't able to help.

The room was already booked for someone else, and when i asked to manage a new one they took extra charges and their shower wasn't working as well, they didn't provide soap, plus don't provide any towale for after shower

all item like food & others are very costly & poor service. Light is not available in my room. Tv not working

Negatives: dirty bed sheet, pillow covers, room and bathroom. Rude staff though owner was cooperative. Positives: spacious parking, good food.

There is pleasure experience staying at *** hotel at alawar through makemy 訂房網站. There is wonderful experience staying there. Working persons are also very cooperative.

Both the room bed sheets were dirty, with hairs and crumbled and broken button. no towels provided. water bottle in room is chargeable. food not good at all. very very average taste. had to call for bed sheet change, towels, water, etc etc. At breakfast only one item is available per guest with one tea, as per their hotel policy, but they don't serve you tea when u order for breakfast. later they say we have to ask for tea at that time. I felt like my family is a burden for them that we went into their hotel. we stayed only one night. checked in late and went out early. not a good experience. yes definately low price. but basic amenities should have been there.
