It was a very average stay. The phone wasn’t working and the staff was very slow to react. I had to go down again n again for any small thing i needed. Bathroom was not properly clean. Bedding was not very clean

Geaser was not working intercom was not working small tv(not working) as room was reflecting in booking window, it was not same. Almirah was not available in the room. Except above given condition few positive things are as follow- hospital staff was good in nature. Service was good.

Room is neat and clean, but quilt and towels dirty. Tv remotes not working. Bathroom is terrible. Water leaking from multiple points. No water in shower. No water in pot flush, pathetic. No chairs even in deluxe room. Hard water, not good for bathing. No tissue paper roll in washroom.

The stay is just normal. However, the location is very good and nearest to the railway station.

They don’t allow a single girl to stay for night as we book the hotel because of my examination my friend leave me there and after that they said you both are not allowed to stay he was only there to meet for one hr i booked room for myself then when my friend confirmed at reception that she is the only person which stay there at night because of her examination then they clearly denied that girls are not allowed and something like that is not mentioned in rules and regulations. Experience was worst beacuse i reached there after 4 hrs travel and all the mess
